Where does Coast to coast Operate?

We provide a Mobile Massage and Day Spa experience all around the Mornington Peninsula Region.
We can also offer Massage and Pamper Treatments in The Studio (Rosebud/Tootgarook) for those who live locally and for day trippers and holiday makers.

Do you come to us?

Yes, we provide a Mobile Massage and Day Spa experience and travel all over the Mornington Peninsula Region. Alternatively, you can book a treatment at our Studio.

How do I make a booking?

You can fill in the booking/contact us form

What time do you arrive?

We will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your booking to transform your environment.
We endeavour to be punctual in delivering your treatments.

Can I choose a therapist?

If you have a preferred therapist, by all means, put your request in.
Feel free to tell us if you would prefer a male or female therapist.
We will try to accommodate your requests, but can’t always guarantee them.

What times do you operate?

Monday to Sunday 9am – 6pm
Surcharge of 10% applies on Public Holidays
Surcharge of up to 15% may apply for after-hours appointments

Do you operate after hours?

What do you charge?

All prices are listed with our treatment descriptions.

Do you do group bookings?

Yes, we have a team of therapist just waiting for your requests.

What do I wear?

Foot Spas and Facials – comfortable clothing that allows access to feet or Face and Decolletage.

Massages –  most people are happy to dress down to their underwear as these treatments involve the use of oils.

Am I covered during my treatment?

Absolutely! Your massage table will be covered with soft towels above and below your body. During your massage treatment, only the area we are massaging will be uncovered. We provide warm blankets to wrap you in and keep you snug.

Can I change my treatment or time?

Yes, of course you can. Please provide enough notice for us to change or add to your treatment, however, we can’t guarantee without sufficient time.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Any bookings can be cancelled.
A Full refund will occur in most circumstances
Please note that a 20% late notice cancellation charge may occur if cancellation is within 24hrs of your appointments. This is a compensation for the therapist booked for your treatments.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes, you can order Gift Vouchers. Please contact us to organise it?

How do I pay?

We have a variety of payment options – Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) via your internet bank account, PayPal – using your Credit Card or Debt Card, and Cash ( especially if it’s a short notice Booking)

What oils do you use?

We use a carrier oil, such as sweet almond oil. Most of my team use a blend of Essential oils to add to your relaxation experience. If you have any allergies, please let your therapists know.

What if I have an allergy?

Please let us know when you make your booking. Most of us have a nut free alternative, but always notify us prior to your appointment.

Why do I need to fill in a form?

A massage is a type of medical treatment so we are required to get a basic history to make sure we will do no harm. If you have any injuries or health concerns, please inform us when you make your booking.

What if I’m pregnant?

Pregnancy is a special time for the Mother and baby, massage is a wonderful way to reduce stress and tightness during this time. If you are pregnant or have any concerns please inform us when you make your booking.
